Drain cleaning
I own a 50′ drain cleaning snake. It is capable of cleaning out 1 1/2″ and 2″ drains. The most common drain to clog in a house is the kitchen sink, which is a 2″ line. I have several years of experience dealing with these sorts of problems and I’ve never had a clogged drain get the best of me. Most of the time the problem can be solved in less than an hour.

Remodel plumbing
Remodels are the primary focus of my business. Remodels have the unique bonus of getting to see, in a short period of time, the results of your hard work. Homeowners are always delighted to see their old kitchen or bathroom transform into something new(see past work gallery). I work with several talented general contractors who have years of experience in this field. Most of the large plumbing jobs I contract are home remodels. Whether its replacing a faucet or adding a master bathroom with all the amenites Snow Cap Plumbing can take care of the job for you.
New Construction
I spent the majority of my apprenticeship and employment as a journeyman plumbing new contruction. I’ve worked on entry level homes where speed and efficiency of the job are just as important as value and quality. I’ve also worked on multi-million dollar custom homes where an entire day can be spent in the master bathroom assembling an elaborate shower and steam room. Both types of jobs present challenges that I have experience dealing with. In the current economy there’s far less new contruction in the Treasure Valley but I still offer competitve pricing and a quality product. Contact me for a free bid.
Light construction
I am a small operation but I’ve worked on several light commercial jobs. I have experience with small restaurants, juice shops, veterinarian offices and dentists offices. All commercial building must comply with ada (handicap access) codes and have extra protection from backflow, both of which I’m familiar with.
Maintenance
The best way to prevent damage on your residential or commercial property is to keep your plumbing system maintained. Slow leaks on faucets and toilets waste water and could be doing damage that you aren’t aware of. They also waste water which is an added expense to you and a strain on the environment. More efficient water heaters and plumbing fixtures, such as dual flush toilets and sensor operated faucets, can also be installed to lower utility bills and increase the value of your property.
